dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to examine the relationship between ownership structure in terms of institutional and managerial ownership and firm performance. Using Bayesian approach and the data-set of companies listed in the VN30 basket of Vietnamese stock exchange in the period of 2012–2017, the results show a statistically significant negative relationship between institutional ownership and firm performance while a positive relationship between managerial ownership and firm performance at significant level.en
