The COVID-19 epidemic that appeared in the world from the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020 has led to effects on the economies of many countries. during the economic recovery period. Silence for a while, the COVID-19 epidemic once again appeared in Vietnam with a stronger mutation causing a heavy impact on the people. The rapid cross-contamination in the community has caused almost all activities to freeze, allowing only a few essential industries to operate and minimize people's going out, leading to change. in people's daily shopping. The research team found that people's shopping behavior has changed from shopping behavior at traditional markets to online shopping (online shopping). According to the research team, there is a difference between online shopping during the COVID-19 epidemic season and before the epidemic season. The research is based on data collection, analysis, and statistical methods. The target group for the survey included 241 people from the southern provinces aged 18 years and older. The survey "The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on people's online shopping in Vietnam" shows the number of times online shoppers have changed: the number of online shopping times in a month at the time of purchase. During the COVID-19 outbreak, more people bought before the outbreak, factors of concern when shopping online (online shopping) such as Price, quality of goods, and delivery time are more concerned. during the outbreak of COVID-19 compared to before the epidemic season. Besides, the benefit that people receive the most when shopping online during the epidemic is that it is safer and more convenient when just ordering on the spot without having to move.en_US
