The results reveal that Job Insecurity, Workplace Incivility and Workplace Ostracism significantly also positively affect Knowledge Hiding Behavior, indicating that negative workplace dynamicssuch as job instability and social exclusion - push hospitality workers to withhold information as a defense mechanism. Conversely, GPPO - Green Product Psychological Ownership demonstrates a negative effect on KHB, suggesting that Individuals who feel deeply invested in their work are more inclined to exchange information, supporting the company’s goals for sustainability.
