This study explores the factors influencing KHB between the hospitality industry in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on JI, WO, WI, and GPPO. Utilizing survey data from 249 employees across various hospitality establishments, the research applies SEM to explain the interrelationships between these variables. The results reveal that Job Insecurity, Workplace Incivility and Workplace Ostracism significantly also positively affect Knowledge Hiding Behavior, indicating that negative workplace dynamicssuch as job instability and social exclusion - push hospitality workers to withhold information as a defense mechanism. Conversely, GPPO - Green Product Psychological Ownership demonstrates a negative effect on KHB, suggesting that Individuals who feel deeply invested in their work are more inclined to exchange information, supporting the company’s goals for sustainability. The study also emphasizes the importance of cultivating a supportive and inclusive work environment within the hospitality industry to minimize knowledge withholding and improve GPPO, thereby promoting knowledge sharing in sustainability efforts. The study offers practical implications for hospitality organizations to improve knowledge management practices, promote positive organizational behavior, and engage employees in environmental and sustainability-focused efforts.en_US
