dc.description.abstractThe study aimed“to determine the relationship between”Digital transformation,“Job Insecurity,”Resistance to Change,“Employee Performance”and Work Engagement among employees working at enterprises that are applying“digital transformation in Ho Chi Minh City.”Data were collected from 250 individuals working at those organizations, studying and working in the city.“The results of Structural Equation Modeling analysis indicate that”Digital Transformation“has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Employee Performance but has a negative effect on”Job Insecurity. Specifically, the mediating roles that Job Insecurity plays in“the relationships between Digital Transformation and Employee Performance, and between”Digital Transformation and Work Engagement, were also demonstrated in this study.“Based on the research results,”some recommendations were made to support businesses in building strategies to improve employee performance and work engagement among employees working at digital organizations.en_US
