dc.description.abstract | Mobile payment via QR code is the result of advancements during the digital transformation era. Today, QR codes are widely used, especially in mobile payments, which have become an essential part of the economy and many other aspects. Businesses have recognized the potential and benefits of using QR codes for payments, as it offers significant growth in revenue and influences consumers' intention to continue spending on their purchases. Therefore, this research on "Research on technological change: The role of QR code features in continuous use intention" aims to gain a deeper understanding of the potential of mobile payment via QR code across various sectors, how it influences consumers' purchasing decisions and their intention to continue using it in the future, and from there, identify strategies to help businesses and stores achieve the highest effectiveness in sales moving forward. Using a quantitative research method, the survey was conducted through an online platform targeting mobile payment users via QR code. The research focused on residents of Ho Chi Minh City. A questionnaire was designed to measure the research variables and was assessed for content validity and reliability. The survey was distributed to a sample of 330 individuals with experience in mobile payment via QR code. The results of the study provide businesses with deeper insights into the technological factors influencing this unique customer segment, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and the intention to continue using this mobile payment method through the application of QR codes in the businesses' mobile payment models | en_US |
