Digital health solutions are more prevalent, thus it becomes crucial to acknowledge the variables impacting the acceptance of mobile health (mHealth) services among Generation Z to enhance their accessibility and efficacy. This research examines the primary influencing factors that uptake of mHealth services among Generation Z users in Ho Chi Minh City. The methodology will combine qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Using SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) indices, the qualitative phase included looking at local and international studies on mHealth adoption published between 2020 and 2024, therefore guaranteeing credibility. Previous research findings guided the development of a research model especially fit for the mHealth environment of Vietnam. The quantitative step included gathering survey data from 311 individuals, which was processed with Smart PLS 4. Statistical methods, including descriptive analysis and data processing, were used to investigate the correlations between principal components and behavioral intention. The findings reveal that among the examined factors, customer rating exerts the strongest positive impact behavioral intention, whereas health consciousness negatively correlates with adoption behavior. Additionally, social influence was found with no significant effect in the Vietnamese context. These insights provide valuable implications for enhancing awareness and increasing the mHealth services acceptance among Gen Z users. This study also contributes to the limitation of research on mHealth adoption among young Vietnamese consumers. By identifying key barriers and motivators, the findings offer strategic recommendations for healthcare providers and policymakers to improve the accessibility and appeal of mHealth services in Vietnam’s emerging digital health sectoren_US
