Abstract: | Electronic waste (e-waste) is a growing environmental concern, especially in rapidly urbanizing areas like Ho Chi Minh City. This study examines the factors influencing university students' intentions to return End-of-Life (EOL) Electronic Products for Reuse, Repair, and Recycle through Reverse Supply Chain Management (RSCM). Using a quantitative approach from 400 valid respondents from university students, including Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability assessment and PLS-SEM methods to explore correlations. The data of this study assess the impact of Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control as major influences on their Return Intentions, including Crobach’s Alpha while Financial Incentives and complexity show minimal impact. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, universities, and businesses, helping them design targeted initiatives that enhance awareness, accessibility, and participation in sustainable e-waste management programs. By fostering a culture of responsible electronic disposal, this research contributes to the environmental sustainability efforts in Vietnam. |
