This study investigates the factors influencing employee behavior and organizational performance at Becamex Tokyu, a leading urban development company in Binh Duong New City, Vietnam. The research addresses key challenges faced by the company, including high employee turnover, declining revenue, and procrastination behavior among staff. By analyzing both primary data collected from employee surveys (N = 523) and secondary data from company reports, the study examines the relationships between knowledge sharing, social interaction, occupational self-efficacy, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and procrastination. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was employed, revealing significant results. Notably, social interaction was positively correlated with job satisfaction (β = 0.222, p < 0.001) and negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion (β = -0.439, p < 0.001), while emotional exhaustion was positively associated with procrastination behavior (β = 0.359, p < 0.001). These findings highlight the critical role of fostering social interaction and addressing emotional exhaustion to improve employee retention and organizational efficiency. Recommendations include enhancing knowledge sharing practices, creating a supportive work environment, and implementing strategies to mitigate emotional exhaustion, thus reducing procrastination and improving overall productivityen_US
