Blockchain which is one of the breakthrough functions as a distributed ledger network that ensures transparency, immutability, and non-retroactivity of stored information, when combined with a traceability system, it will be an innovative and promising direction in the trend of sustainable development and toward sustainable food purchase of consumers. This study emphasizes the significance of traceability systems with blockchain technology to enhance environmental information transparency perceptions, technology trust, and sustainable purchase intention. The quantitative investigation employed a digital survey with a sample size of 450, and SmartPLS 4.0 software using the PLS-SEM model was used to analyze the data. The paper aims to investigate that reviews in blockchain boost technology trust, environmental information transparency perceptions, and sustainable purchase intention within the framework of sustainable food consumption among residents in Vietnam. Furthermore, traceability systems positively impact technology trust and environmental information transparency perceptions. This is one of the first discoveries about the moderating effect of environmental concern on the connection between environmental information transparency perceptions and sustainable purchase intention. Based on current literature, our research aims to expand reviews of the effect of blockchain on factors, complementing studies on the blockchain technology potential and assisting businesses that wish to use iten_US
