Modern payment methods have grown in popularity in the backdrop of fast industrialization and modernization, which are still having an impact on people’s lives. Among these, e-wallets are seen as a necessary tool for everyday living, particularly for students. Nonetheless, a sizable percentage of UEH students either decide not to utilize e-wallets or have difficulties while attempting to do so. To better understand the factors influencing UEH students’ decisions to continue using e-wallets, collecting the necessary information and data to address this issue is crucial. This understanding allows e-wallet providers to identify the needs and preferences of this student demographic, enabling them to develop appropriate business strategies that meet their demands. Consequently, this would enhance the acceptance and usage of e-wallets within the UEH student community, benefiting both businesses and users alike. Therefore, the research team conducted the study titled “The intention to continue using the MoMo e-wallets among UEH students”. The study is based on analyzing the factors influencing UEH students’ intention to continue using e-wallets, including: Speed (NC), Reliability (TC), Usefulness (HI), Promotional policies (UD), Ease of Use (DSD), and the evaluation of future Intention to continue using e-wallets (YD). The research collected 308 valid survey responses and analyzed the reliability of the measurement scales using Cronbach’s Alpha and performed regression analysis through SPSS software. The results indicate that the factor Promotional policies (UD) has the most significant impact on students’ intention to use e-wallets regularly. Other factors, such as Reliability (TC), Ease of Use (DSD), and Speed (NC), also play important roles in promoting students’ continued usage of e-wallets. Based on the survey findings, the research team proposed several measures and plans for businesses to further develop e-wallets and attract more UEH students to this payment service. These measures can be implemented by improving the usefulness of e-wallets, enhancing security, offering more attractive benefits, and establishing partnerships with various service sectors such as food, shopping, and universities. These strategies aim to increase the appeal of e-wallets to students and encourage their use in daily lifeen_US
