Abstract: | In today’s fast-evolving economy, achieving sustainability has become a top priority for managers aiming to drive their businesses forward. Acknowledging the crucial role sustainability plays in ensuring an enterprise’s long-term success, this research examines the influence of Green Transformational Leadership (GTL), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Green Organizational Culture (GOC), and Green Dynamic Capability (GDC) on Green Innovation (GI) within Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Additionally, it explores the effect of Green Innovation (GI) on Corporate Sustainable Development (CSD). The findings reveal that factors such as GTL, CSR, GOC, and GDC positively influence GI. Moreover, GI was found to make a major contribution to CSD. Based on these insights, the study provides actionable recommendations to support improvement and growth while offering a reference model for managers to develop effective environmental strategies that align their companies with sustainability and ensure long-term success. |
