dc.description.abstractThis research explores the increase of engagement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and gamification amplified by green mindsets, personal innovativeness, and institutional support to campus to develop the sustain wast management. With the sustainable increase, AI-driven, gamified waste management systems can be concluded to push university students to be more proactive at participating in recycling initiatives. The research explores that the impact of environmental attitudes and innovative behavior on individuals’ willingness to engage with these systems and clarify the importance of institutional support in promote long-term engagement. Data collected through surveys and interviews of students in UEH University and the results show that AI and gamification can be effective supplies for promoting sustainable waste management practices, offering practical insights for universities aiming to improve recycling efforts and sustainability outcomes. Also personal innovativeness and green mindset significantly increase engagement, with institutional support further enhancing participationen_US
