This research examines the connection between slow tourism and well-being, highlighting the mediating effects of storytelling, pro-environmental behavior, and support for tourism development. Slow tourism, characterized by immersive and meaningful travel experiences, has gained attention for its potential to enhance individual well-being and promote sustainability. Drawing on spillover and social exchange theories, this research examines how slow tourism fosters psychological, emotional, and environmental benefits. This study gathered data using structured surveys aimed at young Vietnamese travelers, with the results analyzed to evaluate the proposed conceptual model. The findings indicate that storytelling significantly impacts wellbeing, while pro-environmental behavior and support for tourism development serve as important mediators. The research highlights how slow tourism can enhance well-being by fostering deeper connections with local culture and promoting sustainable practices. These insights enrich the existing literature on sustainable tourism and provide practical recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to create travel experiences that prioritize well-beingen_US
