The study examines the influence of work-life integration factors on job stress and how they affect innovative work behavior. The results reveal that work-family interference, family-work interference, and work-family strain significantly increase job stress, whereas work-family enrichment reduces it. Furthermore, marital status moderates the relationship between interference and stress. Specifically, married individuals exhibit stronger positive correlations between job stress and interference from work and family. Additionally, job stress has a direct negative impact on workplace innovation, indicating that elevated stress impairs employees’ ability to engage in innovative behavior. These findings underscore the importance of addressing work-life boundaries and tailoring organizational support based on employees’ family contexts to enhance their performance.en_US
