Since employees are a valuable resource and asset of the company, which is a foundation for a long-term and sustainable development of the company, focusing on improving satisfaction and performance is extremely important. The survey subjects were employees working at CyberLogitec Vietnam Co., Ltd, a company in the technology and logistics sector. A total of 187 responses were utilized in the data analysis. The research method combined both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with data analyzed using SPSS 20 software. The results reveal that emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing positively impact the employee satisfaction and performance. In terms of performance, emotional intelligence was assessed as having the strongest impact, while knowledge sharing played a key role in satisfaction. This study supports the idea that emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing affect employee satisfaction and job performance. All research has limitations, which underscores the importance of further research. Therefore, future research could expand its findings to longer-term research designs or larger sample size. |
