Abstract: | This research explores how Psychological Capital impacts Academic Performance along with the roles of Study Engagement, Problem-Focused Coping, and Well-being among students at UEH in Ho Chi Minh City. A total of 500 students participated in the study and collected data from them were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis revealed that Psychological Capital exerted the strongest effect on Academic Performance. Additionally, the results underscored the importance of Study Engagement, Problem-Focused Coping, and Well-being as key mediators in this relationship. Based on these insights, several recommendations are provided to help UEH students strengthen their Psychological Capital, thereby enhancing their engagement, coping strategies, and overall well-being, ultimately leading to better academic outcomes |
